Release and Assignment
I hereby authorize, consent to, give, and assign to:
(a) permission and rights to take my photograph or cause my photograph to be taken, either as the sole subject or in photos with others (the "photographs");
(b) permission and rights to record my words or comments (the "recordings");
(c) permission and rights to use, re-use, publish and re-publish the photographs and recordings in whole or in part in any medium and for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to, use in advertising, publicity, sales promotion, and to use my name, likeness, voice and biographic or other information in connection therewith;
(d) permission and rights to copyright the recordings and photographs in Briggs & Stratton' name or any other name Briggs & Stratton may choose.
I hereby release and discharge Briggs & Stratton from any and all claims and/or demands whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the use of the recording and/or photographs. I understand and acknowledge that there were no promises of any compensation for such use by Briggs & Stratton or anyone associated with Briggs & Stratton, and that Briggs & Stratton exclusively owns all rights to the recordings and photographs by virtue of this assignment and release.
